1. What are the system requirements for ID Security Suite?
The minimum system requirements are:
- Intel Pentium or compatible processor
- Microsoft Windows 98 SE or ME, Windows NT or 2000,Windows XP, Windows XP (SP1 or SP2)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher Netscape 4.71 or higher (or any other web browser)
- 128 MB RAM or more
- Hard Disk space depending of the modules installed)

2. What Operating Systems is ID Security Suite compatible with?
Usually most of the ID Security Suite applications are compatible with Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows ME, Windows XP. For different supported OS, in each product specifications this information is available.

If you lost your registration code or you did not receive an email with a registration code within a reasonable amount of time please send an e-mail to register@idsecuritysuite.com . Once we receive the request, we'll re-send your registration information as soon as possible! (Please include in the email as much order information as possible, as it will be easier to locate your order in the database).

8. I registered a product several months ago, how do I get the lastest version?
You can free download the latest version of the product from the download page, and use your existing registration information to activate the license on the new version. Please uninstall all previous versions before installing an update.

If you download the products setup file from Internet, just double click the setup file in Windows explorer and the setup will start. Please follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
